Overall this place has been good to me and my roommates. Its really nice here and the people are nice, although the office staff... very nice, but some don't know the correct answer to your questions. They don't allow cosigners anymore because they don't want college students. I think this is crap because I was never a problem to the community and always paid rent on time. Now I have to move because of the no cosigners rule. The apartments are nice and so are the renovated kitchens and bathrooms if you can get one. For me the maintenance has always fixed any problems within a day, although I only had 2 problems the whole year I was here. Sad to leave this place because we really liked it here.. ohh and its kinda pricey... luckily we had a few people pitching in or we wouldn't have been able to afford it alone.
