In all honesty - I read this site because I find funny that people have so much to complain about. I live at Courthouse and I love living here. What's wrong with running a place that is like a country club...what's wrong with a staff that is nice - I like that they know my name and I like that they engage in conversation and what to know more about me that when I'm handing over my rent check. Trust me, I've lived in some crappy places and this is not a bad place to live. Granted its not the Taj Mahal but its a decent place with good people. There are no major issues and anytime I've asked for something - its always taken care of...things are going to break if you live in a house or an apartment - at least here they fix it for you.
People should really look around at whats out there before they spend so much time typing long winded emails with petty complaints.

Also, for the record, you have to send in your rent check. So obviously when you turn in your rent check no one in engaging in a conversation with you. Courthouse is a nice place to live if you like loud neighbors, barking dogs, dog crap all over the lawns, and garbage everywhere.

did it ever occur to you that the really good reviews are written by the office staff?Let the renter beware of those "great Reviews"
