Bad, REALLY Bad

My wife and I move out soon and we can't wait! The floors squeak so badly we haven't had a decent night sleep in 6 months! Every step the person above you takes squeaks.

They recently put up flyers asking tenets to walk softly. Do you believe that!!! Fix the freakin floors - cheap b@stards.

The place is filled with Towson University students who can be loud.

They seem to be doing water repairs every few weeks and shut off the water supply. They give you a ONE DAY notice that the water will be shut off. Thanks for the warning! I can understand shutting off the water once or twice for repairs. But this seems to be a common thing with Courthouse Square.
