I've lived at CHS for the past 2 years since 2007. so far it has been a fairly decent experiance. I do not experiance any disturbances since I live on the top floor! Neighbors are nice . maintanance has been good and timely. Luckily I have had no major problems and that maybe just my luck with this apartement. There has been 2 incident in which I heard noises outside my apartment late at night (2am) . one time I called the cops since it was a very suspicious car with several guys and a female shouting! they took off before the cops came. don't know if cops found them later! other than that it is a very safe area and it is close to all those differant stores and the mall. I do not like the fact that every year since I came here they added a utility bill to our resposibility! Also, Although I consider myself a pet person, I am not very fond of big dogs ! I don't mind the small ones! big dogs poop big and smell big time! anyway luckily again only 1 neighbor has a big dog! so i'm ok with that! bottom line if you live on the top floor in a newly renovated apartment , chances are you will be happy! other than that you are on your own! oh and parking is sometimes a pain when I come back after 9 pm!
