I have only lived at Cromwell Valley for a month. But I feel the leasing office has always provided prompt service and answers to my questions.
Parking is OK for my building.
Not sure about the college student comments.. But this is NOT a college dorm.. and I am glad its not. I prefer it to be quite where I live. So if you want a college atmosphere look somewhere else.
Seems to me theres a mix of nice elderly people, young families and single professionals.
As a working professional Cromwell Valley is a good place for me. Easy commute, big apartments, Quiet environement.
