Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997
 
we lived there for a year and found it to be nice, ended up buying a home in the neighborhood though we have since moved. No problems that maint didn't take care of, we were in our 20's while most in our building were elderly and quiet, no one seemed to have any complaints about us either. They (apt. staff) were very helpful when we moved in and in being flexible when we moved out.
