My roommate and I have enjoyed living here for the past year and a half. Most of the neighbors are friendly and lenient. I've read a lot of college students giving bad reviews and I must say that I don't understand where they are coming from. My roommate and I graduated from college right when we moved in and we have never been treated poorly because of our age.
We have never had pest problems or any major maitenance problems. Parking is ample and the pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse are wonderful in the summer. I don't understand the complaints about price, as there are few apartments that contain 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths for under $1000/month.
I will say that the leasing staff can be frustrating to deal with at times, as they don't always listen to the tenants, but the maintenance staff is very helpful, quick, and polite.
