Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
I lived at Cromwell for 4 years (2004-2007), prior to the renovations. The office staff was always plesant, the grounds always clean, and both maintenance supervisors there were excellent deal with. Overall a great place to live and close to 6-95.
