I have lived here for three years and I was mostly happy with the way things were run. The common areas are maintained well, the lawn is kept etc. I did have some maintenance problems while I was there, and for the most time they were taken care of promptly, I would say that they have a pretty good maintenance team. The apartments are very spacious and there is a lot of closet space.

There is a couple of things that I think you should be careful about if you want to rent here: The floors are carpeted, which makes them harder to clean (you cannot get under them).
More importantly, try not to rent an apartment on the ground floor if that means that the apartment is halfway under the ground - I had one of those and the apartment was always humid and smelled damp, by the end of three years I had some problems with mold. Furthermore, the floors and walls are pretty thin so even people walking upstairs can create some noise in a downstairs apartment. Finally, if there are any plumbing problems upstairs, you would be more likely to be affected.

Hi, I am considering moving into this complex and wondering the following? How is the safety, I am a young female that would live along? 2. How is the laundry facility? 3. Have you experienced any mice or roaches? Thank you,

I don't think you need to have any concerns regarding safety, the complex is in a very safe area - I am not aware of any crimes during my three years of living there. Laundry facilities are OK, but not great. Roughly four apartments share a washer and dryer, and the machines aren't the best, but they are adequate. I have not had any mice nor a persistent bug problem - I did have the occasional bug finding its way into the apartment, but considering that my apartment was two feet under the ground, I would have been surprised if that was not the case.
