I lived at Dulaney Crescent for over a year and to say the least it was the worst place I have ever lived in. The Leasing Manager is the most unhelpful woman in the world. It's almost like they are doing you a favor to live there. They never claimed responsibility on any problem that my roommate and I encountered. I had the water heater explode in my room because maintenance put the temp to high. They came a day later to turn our water heater off but did nothing to clean the gallons and gallons of water that flooded my room and ruined multiple items. They did finally come and put a tarp down but still no cleaning of the water. My closet was contaminated by mold a month later. They also towed my car that was legally parked with my parking sticker on it. While towing it the garage door from the facility come down on the front of my car and ruined my hood of my car. They made no effort to help me out what so ever, even though it is their policy to tow the vehicles. I knew multiple people in the building that felt the same way as I did about the place. I talked to the mail man and he mentioned that 70% of the original residents moved out in the first year.... which does not surprise me. We also never received our security deposit back and they claimed we owed them $300 for damages. UNBELIEVABLE! The fact is the can not get anyone to move in the building and once you are in the will do anything to get money from you. Even to talking to the corporate office they still said they could not do anything. A very very unprofessional atmosphere. I could not emphasize it enough.... STAY AWAY!!
