I have been living at Dulaney Crescent Apartments for about two years now (waiting for my house to be built). From the beginning, management has been nothing but rude and uncaring for problems that I have experienced there. The rent is extremely high considering that some of the apartments are subsidized by HUB for lower-income families while the rest of us pay higher rent. My husband and I were told two years ago that this was a "professional" building that housed mostly families and young professionals. How untrue was that''' There are alot, and I mean ALOT of college students there. They make alot of noise, have parties all hours. One neighbor had parties so loud that you could hear them on the floors above and below them. And those were all night parties that lasted till 5am. When I complained to management, I was told to call the police next time as it is not their problem. The garage door is constantly broken, I see people illegally entering and parking in the garage all the time yet I am forced to pay $65.00 a month for each car that I have parked legally there. I have had my Christmas wreath stolen off my door but was told by management that is my problem, not their's. I have reported parties in the parking lot where bottles were smashed and left out there. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything and do a very messy and poor job. If you get locked out, don't expect to have anyone let you in for HOURS at a time and then they will charge you $35.00 for it. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE into this complex.
