what a place! i really really dont like it at all. It takes me forever to get to my apartment, an elevator and like 9 miles of walking then im there. to this mediocre apartment with bad plumbing. Also if you like REALLY REALLY loud construction at 6 am until 6pm this is the place for you! 3 crews work non stop! ONE NIGHT UNTIL 2AM!!!!!!

Parking-one spot per resident otherwise $30 a month for everyone else. If you get luck enough to park outside you have a very very limited place to choose from on either side. If you get towed or a ticket dulaney will not do anything about it because they only own the garage parking.

Nice distance from superfresh you say''' yes it is, but by the time you walk there and get your stuff and walk back your hands are soooo sore cuz like i said it takes 8 years to get to the apartment.

THEY REALLY DO SELL THIS PLACE AND ITS SOOOOOO NOT WORTH IT! Trust me! If you want to really check it out, go and try to talk to the front desk on fridays at like 5, you will witness calamity and see the construction. ONLY GOOD THING IS THAT YOU ARE CLOSE TO TOWSON DINER, which gets old fast!

$30 a month is fairly cheap parking compared to other places in the area. Also, some apartments don't even offer an option of a parking garage. You said that Dulaney will not do anything if you have your car towed when it is not in the parking garage, but why should they? Don't park where you aren't supposed to and you won't have your car towed. It's also true that they do only own the parking garage, not the street, so they have no responsibility if your car is parked on the street. As for the distance, if you feel you cannot make the "8 year" walk from superfresh while carrying groceries, then drive. As for me personally, I would prefer construction to improve buildings, rather than no construction with no improvements. I feel like if there were no improvements, you would complain about that. With improvements comes noise from construction. It isn't as bad as you make it sound.
