Spacious, well built, secure. I have been treated well by the staff and maintenance personnel. They are very timely with their reponses.
Convenient location to everything and typically only a 20 minute commute to the inner harbor!
Quiet almost always. Occassional partiers walking to the diner at 3am, but only a couple of times and I do sleep with the windows open.
I HATE that construction across the street starts their monster trucks at 5am almost every day..sometimes at 6am on Saturdays! Not a problem if you are an early riser.
The smoke detectors in my apartment beep intermittently and for no apparant reason. I suspect there may be a wiring issue they have not yet figured out. They are working on it so I'll be patient.
Overall, I am pleased so far.
