I have lived at Dulaney crescent for over 2 years, I was ready to move when new management took over. They have been great. They completed my service tickets the same day I reported them. The problems were minor but were never taken care of prior to them coming. The building is much cleaner, and they have improve so much. They just gave us new computers and a fitness center with tv on the machines and walls. Me and my neighbors were very nervous about new management but that office staff are so nice that I know I feel much more confortable. The mainantance guys are also wonderful, I know their names and they actually seem to remember mine. I have to say when I moved here I planned on it being permanent now I know so.

I laugh at your title "Much much better". Why should you have to start of paying $1400.00 a month and wait for something to get better? You're a fool and the exact moron they are looking for when taking tenant applications!
