I just moved here from Chicago and I did everything site on seen. I gotta tell ya, I was nervous when I came online and read all this. But guys really, its not bad at all. The office staff is very courteous and seem to know what they are doing. The girl that helped me move in was good and made my move very easy. The apartment was just as beautiful as it had been described. Again I have only been here for about 4 months but so far I would recommend this place to anyone. Take what you read with a grain of salt (I guess that the proper saying) Its one of the better places in Towson.

Hey - good luck - but seriously please post when you have lived there several months, say until 2009. All that glitters is not gold, baby. Now, I am a "glass is half empty" kind of person, but seriously leave a review when you have been there months, been waken up by pointless fire alarms, and had your garage parking spot taken. HELLO MCFLY?!?!?!?

Funny how you mention things that has nothing to do with Dulaney Crescent. Umm...fire alarms? Wouldn't that have something to do with the people living in the middle. Garage spot taken...again people living in building. I wrote a review on Dulaney Crescent a month ago and I stand my my word. I still like this place.

Unfortunely, I was a resident during 2008 and I must say that the author of this post must have been living in an alternate universe. This person certainly was not living in Dulaney Crescent. 2008 was truly the beginning of the demise of the building. They started allowing co-signers in late 2007 and by March of 2008 the building had morphed into a high priced dormitory. This review is just another lie that you will find on this site posted by the management. The students pull the alarms at least twice a month (at 2 am) and the blaring noise from the alarms usually lasts for several hours. The students run up and down the halls, leave red alcohol laden cups, beer bottles, and vomit in the halls (and now the dogs defecate in the halls and stairwells). In a nutshell - Dulaney Crescent sucks!!!!
