My roomates and I signed a lease here around January after talking to some of our other friends who live here who said they liked it. Not so bad at first...but we are 3 young girls and we are only allowed 2 parking spots - regardless of the fact that we'd be willing to pay for a 3rd just to ensure our safety. The parking garage is nice, but it doesn't function properly most of the time-the doors are usually open allowing people to drive in or even walk in whenever they want. We rotate our spots and the first week of my living here I was parked on the street and someone hit my car without leaving a note and even after that incident we are not permitted to have a third parking space. We are constantly having issues with our hot water - it may or may not work at any time. Just today I went to take a shower before work and there was no hot water AGAIN and when I called management they told me that they would send someone up to look at it at some point today but not right away so I would have to settle for a cold shower before I went to work. Fire alarms go off constantly and at first we would be nervous but now it's so common that we just ignore them - god forbid there actually be a problem. For the price that you'll pay to live here all three of us would say it's probably better to go somewhere else with cheaper rates especially based on how our situation has worked out.
