I moved to Dulaney Crescent in October of 2006. I finally moved out in June of 2009. Since moving into the building in 2006, the management of the building has progressively gotten worse. The current manager is truly the bottom of the barrel. CAUTION - IF YOU SEE --- on a property -- RUN!!!! -------- and her cast of lazy crazies in the management office are truly incompetent! --- purchased Dulaney Crescent in March 2008 and immediately fired the bonded and insured American cleaning crew and replaced them with non english speaking illegals. Then they began a campaign accusing long time tenants of being late on their rent and threatening eviction. Finally the idiots realized that they were reading the ledgers incorrectly and stopped threatening the tenants. They then began allowing tenants to have pets - dogs. They allowed my neighbor to have a dog that barked constantly while its owner worked. They refused to make tenants responsible for their dogs and children. The building rule was SUPPOSED to be no playing on the PUTTING GREEN in the courtyard. However they refused to stop tenants from doing so. Imagine living above a schoolyard - the noise was intolerable. Unfortunately that was not the only noise generated on a daily basis-the college students were allowed to behave like they were living in a dormitory. Dulaney Crescent is PARTY CENTRAL!!! I finally had to break my lease and move when the manager refused to address the noise level generated by the children playing in the courtyard and my neighbors living above me. My neighbors were also smoking cannabis EVERYDAY - TWICE A DAY and the stench was filtering into my apartment. IMAGINE BEING FORCED TO LIVE WITH DRUG USERS!!!! And paying $1200.00 monthly for the privilege. DO NOT MOVE TO DULANEY CRESCENT!!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE MARBLE FLOORS!!!! IT IS TRULY THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH!!! -------- is the current manager and the property is owned by ---. If you see --- on a property RUN!!!

I totally agree with the comment of this person. The place sucks. My dormitory in college was much more disciplined and organized than this place here without rules. The kids do everything, especially after the management office is closed. They pull out the sprinkles and flood three floors and several apartments in a roll and, of course, they are never caught because they do this here on a routine basis. Two weeks ago, 11 cars were broken inside the garage. They stole airbags to sell them in the market (it was the first time I learned that used airbags are very valuable -- I didn't know about that). The management never disclosed this important info to residents. I learned about it just by chance, and this is not the first time, according to the police. It happened earlier in the semester. Apparently they suspect of residents, which is not a surprise. Storages are broken all the time -- never leave anything valuable there, because you are going to lose it. Response of the management for that: call the police (who btw is tired of stopping by every week for that -- the maximum the police does is to fill out a report for your insurance claim -- I guess, this is the reason the management is requiring home insurance starting this year). Pups from dogs are everywhere in the building (garage spots, corredors, elevators, stairs, etc.). They are big pups -- similar to human stool. Disgusting. Ah, and the management changed the building's name now -- probably to prevent future residents to learn about the BS going on here. The new name now is "20 Lambourne A Luxury Rental Community" which is everything but a luxurious place to live.
Pal, let me know where did you move? I'm conducting a deeper search to leave this place ASAP.
