I have lived here for 4 months. So far i got to say i love living here. The staff actually knows your name and remember who you are. Maintenance has taken care of all problems i have had in less then 48 hrs. I just dont see where everyone is getting these problems from. I love the idea of california closests and the tv mounted on the wall. As for the noise the loudest noise i have heard since living here is the fire truck driving down York Rd, i dont know if we can blame them for that. From talking to neighbors and random resident i have seen in the gym i have heard things have gotten alot better since UDR has taken over and they put alot of work in the building.

By the way, are you the management? I can't believe that you are so blind for not seeing what is going on at this hell. Or perhaps you have been lucky for 4 months, but remember, "LUCKY DAYS" don't last forever!!!

Lies I tell you - all lies. I am positive that this comment was left by someone from UDR. Typical they are good at telling lies and misleading potential tenants. However once you are moved in the only thing that you can rely on from the management staff is monthly collection of the rent and a multitude of excuses. Good try ----!
