Ok, first of all no apartment complex is perfect. There are going to be a few problems no matter where you rent, so if that is a big deal you need to BUY your own place. One of the best things about this complex is the maintenance - there is a guy named Richard who will come to your apt within minutes! I rarely have a problem, but when I do, (bathtub wasn't draining, also had a few termites) they deal with it ASAP. With the bathtub issue, Richard came over within 20 minutes to fix it. For the termite issue, they sent out the exterminators the next morning and that was the end of the problem. Right now the only issue is a little mouse that is starting to get too ballsy for me! He is now scurrying across my floor mid-day. The leasing office offered "sticky traps" but they aren't working so I plan to call back and see if they will send out the exterminator.
As far as space goes, you don't really get a huge apt. I'm in a 2 bedroom and it's only 837 sq ft. But I have to admit that I would like to resign a lease here because the interior is all redone, I don't have any problems, and I believe "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" - so why try to move to another complex' It's close to TU, the mall, and Super Fresh which is another big plus.
