I've been living here for a yr and a half and at first I loved it. The mananagement and maintenance were so nice and the tenants were pleasant and well-behaved. I'm only 25 yrs old, so I'm not an old fogey - but I'm so annoyed by all the loud drunken college kids (and even my older hispanic neighbors in the bldg over that blast music til all hrs.) The previous comment hits the nail on the head.

I'd also like to add that there is new management and virtually NO maintenance staff - just one old guy for the whole complex. I miss the old crew - especially Richard! We had no hot water for 4 days recently which really pissed me off. Also there are mice, the paint is getting airbubbles and flaking off to reveal the old green color, I notice there is more trash like beer cans scattered about, poor insulation, etc. I am just not happy here lately and think I'm going to check out some other complexes in the area.

ummmm...i don't think it was necessary to point out that your noisy neighbors were "hispanic". The correct term is Latino. You had noisy neigbors ....no need to point at their race.

I think you need to cut this guy a break. It is true that hispanic neighbors have been causing trouble. The last time I tried to work out in the weight room, a mom came in with her five children ( all under age 10) and let them run wild in the room while she used the treadmill. Get off your political high-horse.

I have to say that you must be comfused about the property that you are referring to. You list Dulaney Valley. You mention that there is only 1 maintenance person and at Dualney valley there are 3. You also mention working out in a weight room. Dulaney Valley does not have a weight room. Maybe you might re-visit where the comments are going as I have really enjoyed living at Dulaney Valley.
