I wouldn't recommend the studio apartment, where I currently reside. (unfortunately) The studios are basement aparments, which should really be used as storage rooms.

There is extremely poor heating...heating is provided by a small heating unit. I spent my winter bundled up, and sometimes sitting in front of the heater. This is in spite of an electric bill of $116!!!!

There is also very poor ventilation. (Since you are on the ground floor, cracking a window is not an option). There is not a vent in the bathroom, so now I'm dealing with bacteria growing on my walls. There is probably mold growing behind the walls. Every time I showered the water would run down a yellowish-brown. After I filed a complaint numerous times, they checked the other studios which have the same problem.

I am utterly frustrated. I'm freezing in the winter, and now my allergies are irritated by my bathroom situation.

The staff I must admit is really nice, and they respond quickly. The leasing agent quicly responds, and maintenance is knowledgable. My main issue is that the problem is never really resolved. Basically, they respond but it is a half-ass solution. Hands are tied from people up top in the management company.

The one and two bedroom apartments are newly renovated with hardwood floors. There is a mice and insect problem, but they send exterminators out pretty often. I would recommend living on the second floor to avoid this problem. Parking is pretty good as well. My lot is right next to my building and I tend to find a spot at my closest lot.

So Dulany is ok, despite being pricey. But the studio apartments are a stark difference in caliber. (Did I mention that earth is coming in from the floor board edges')

Can't wait to move out to an affordable one-bedroom. I've learned my lesson and will thorougly research my next apartment complex.
