I have been living here for 3 years. I cannot wait for my lease to expire at the end of this year and be able to move out. This apartment complex was very nice the first year I lived here but has gone down-hill considerably. Management is lacking, lazy, and refuses to do anything without putting up a fight about it first. Maintenance takes forever to get to your apartment and then leaves a mess so bad, you spend half a day cleaning up. The neighbors are loud and noisy. When you do go to management, they tell you it's your problem, not theirs. Parking lot is unsafe. Cars are constantly parking inside illegally. Garage door is broke at least 2-3 months out of the year. Rent is way too high now with no new amenities to show for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have had several good neighbors who have only lasted a year (due to being forced to do so by the lease). The only reason I haven't left yet is because I am unable to afford a house at this time. I have lived in apartments costing alot less than this, having alot less to showcase in terms of the building, but had a better experience living there. I thought moving from a regular apartment to a "luxury apartment" would be a good thing. Not so in this case. When I moved in, I was told that this apartment complez was "family friendly, and professional." It is far from that.

I think this person may have this community confused with a neighboring community becuase there are NO garages at this site. This must be a mistake. I find that the staff is very accomodating.
