I have lived here for a year now...at first i was very excited about it. I loved the kitchen, thought it was a beautiful apartment overall. NOW-my opinion is quite different. For one, there are mice. Two, the bathrooms always have trouble. Sink wont drain, Bathtub wont drain, toliet overflows, and not to mention the ceiling is flaking off and falling apart. Also the maintance crew sometimes wont get there for days after you put in a request. Bascially they dont care about you since they are starting construction on the new high luxury apts. Good luck to anyoen moving in....and if you take my advice(which i should have taken others) you wouldnt move here.
