Simply awful.

From day one, the staff of Dulaney Valley Apartments screwed around with me. I was told that I wouldn't be able to move in one day early because the apartment was not ready yet. When I did move in, the ceiling was poorly painted, the kitchen counters were coming unglued, there was paint all over the bathroom, the shower was leaking profusely and one closet door wouldn't open, and another wouldn't close. It took three tries to fix the overflowing toilet, and it still doesn't work well.
My car was towed once because the parking permit was not hanging in on my rearview mirror (it was on my dashboard) and when I asked what happened, the staff in the office had the gaul to make a joke about it. A hilarious $250 joke that turned out to be!
There is an excessive amount of excrement left by dogs on the grass AND on the sidewalks, and when there isn't that mess, the sidewalks are simply muddy and hazardous to walk on in the rain.
I was not informed that my lease would not be renewed until less than a month before it was to be up. When I spoke to the staff about it they were extremely condescending. And it only got worse when I was informed that my apartment had already been leased out to someone else.
Dulaney Valley Apartments is awful, can't say I'll be sad to see it demolished and replaced by condos!
