This was my first time living in an apartment and it was probably the best decision I have made in my college career to live at Dulaney Valley. The apartments are absolutely beautiful. I live in a 3 bedroom apt..great neighbors, allows pets, great location to towson campus. The only down side would be that the drains get backed up easily, but the leasing office is really good at getting maintence out here quickly. I would recommend it 100%. I heard they are tearing them down next year though, such a bummer.
