In the heart of Towson walking distance to Grocery stores, Target, WalMart, restaurant etc. Our rent was $845/month and it includes ALL THE UTILITIES! We had a 2 bedroom on the second floor with a balcony and it was huge! There would seem to be plenty of parking if the (few) college students who lived there didnt have parties every night and take up the parking spots with all of their friends. There were a few times the drunk college kids took their fist fight to the parking lot and put on a show for the entire south side of the building. Since the building is OLD they have mold problems in several of the apartments and fixing this issue is not a priority of Keelty Management. We had mold in our bathroom, and they would come in and literally (I watched him) paint over it with white paint and leave. They would come back every month after that and paint over it again. The apartment below ours was vacant for a few months so we got a chance to see that apartment also, and it had major mold issues in the master bedroom around the wall unit. I was talking to one of our neighbors about the mold problem and they said it has been an on going issue from day one and it is in many apartments. Our rent was paid in full every month on time and one night we came home to a pink paper taped to our door saying they were taking us to court for failure to pay rent for that current month(which was due about 1 week prior to this happening). I called the leasing office and asked if it was a mistake because we sent in our payment just like all the times before and she said they never got it. I argued with them continuously about this for weeks leading up to this court date. They wouldnt allow us to send another check, they said we had to go to the court hearing and let the judge decide if we were allowed to stay in the apartment. I was at my attorney's office and she called (on speaker phone) the management office about this issue and spoke to a witch of a lady named Michelle. She told the attorney that since I call them on numerous occasions to complain about the mold in the apartment she was taking us to court for late rent.
