I moved in because it was close to the University and all utilities were included. Two months later, these huge cracks began to appear on the ceilings in most of the rooms and began to spread. My roommate and I called maintenance and they said it was not water damage but a structural problem and someone would come out that next Monday...that was June. Nobody came to fix it until January and few thousand phone calls from myself. The building seems to be falling apart, I even noticed the floor is cracked along the same line that the ceiling is. There was also water damage in my apt which was yet to be fixed by the time I moved out. We had one occurrance of mold but Lysol Mold & Mildew helped that out.
Parking seemed to be a problem since I had late classes and sometimes worked late, I would have to park on the street and walk up the driveway which has zero lights. Many residents have to end up parking in the fire lane..that was until someone started calling the police and they all got tickets.
I did not have any problems with sound..only the hallways echo so your conversation through them may carry. No noisey parties or speakers etc etc.
Even though all utilities are included and it seems like the ideal place to live..I would suggest looking elsewhere.
