The building is old. You should know that going in by looking at it. So all the people on here complaining about mold/general water damage shouldn't be surprised.

Only rated maintenance adequate because the wall in my bedroom has basically crumbled away completely from water damage and is covered in mold, but no one has been out to fix it even though it was reported twice over the last 3 months. Otherwise maintenance has done a very good job.

During construction of the building a great number of the already sparce parking spaces were taken up by equipment, and a certain resident of the building called the county police about vehicles in the Fire Lane. Not the apartments fault, but there are a lot of vengeful residents in Eudowood. While the vehicles should not have been parked in the fire lanes, the safety issues of taking the county police away from their pro-active duties for parking complaints and making people walk from undetermined locations where they would otherwise have to park overshadow the safety concerns of parking in the fire lanes.

A large portion of the residents can't mind their own business and snoop around the hallways at all hours of the day trying to see what you're doing. If you can't deal with that this isn't the place for you.

Since I moved in the home office ordered many repairs for the building including new balconies and windows. They're great.

Safety wise, considering the problems that the areas due east of here have, and on the opposite end at the mall at night, everything seems pretty good in this little complex. Our neighbors had a large party once and somehow my unit got blamed for it, and once the county police contacted me in the early morning hours because they got a report of people throwing "----" from my balcony (before they realized they were on the wrong side of the building) but otherwise things have been great.

Oh also some guy lit his unit on fire to commit suicide last year. That was fun.

The home office has been very helpful and accommodating in terms of anything we needed.

To sum up....if you like to party do not live here. We are in our 20s but we all like it quiet. We had one party over a year ago though and got a noise complaint from nosy tennants. Don't park in the fire lanes, residents will call the county police on you. And don't expect a state of the art living environment...look at it before you lease. It's old, deal with it.

Recommended.
