You'd pretty much have to be insane to live here. The manager is not only ignorant and incredibly stupid- but immature and knows nothing about the law. Avoid living here and avoid dealing with one of the most awful human beings there is...

the air conditioning and heating is so loud that you can't hear your own TV, the fan inthe bathroom is so loud that it wakes someone up in the next room- the manager, "L" is such a sketchy person...
