I don't know what these people are talking about. I have lived here for a year and I love it. I guess because I live on a 3rd flr apt that faces the parking lot. And its real quiet. My building is so quiet.
I do think the rent is getting high. The maintenance could be better and I wish they had security locks at the front doors. Other then that if I was facing the gas station or Goucher I would be complaining to. There is absolutely no privacy.
As for the manager, she's cool with me. I have no problems with her
