I've lived in Fellowship Court for a year, I just re-upped my lease for another year. The monthly increase in rent was $20 - not too steep.
Pluses: Convenient to Towson University and the highway, great stuff just across the street (Panera Bread, Target, Wal-Mart - if you are in to that sort of thing). Plenty of parking. Friendly maintenance guys. Leasing office lady is a real go-getter, sometimes might come across as rude but she gets the job done. I like her well enough.
Minuses: Bugs!! VERY LOUD air conditioning. AC makes the living room very cold, but leaves the rest of the apartment a bit warm. Flimsy window screens. Maintenance guys don't always follow through. Trash overflows pretty quickly. Closet doors fall off the tracks a lot (I've learned to just put them back on myself). Drafty (a bit better since the new windows).
All-in-all, it's not a bad place to live.
