I am a current resident and I can honestly say it isnt that bad! Yes we've had a few problems but they were all fixed in a timely manner. I can say that maintance works on his own schedule, but eventually things get fixed. Everyone here keeps to themselves and its very convinient to stores and bus lines. I would recommend it!
