The apartments were built in the 60s or 70s and haven't changed a bit! The owner also owns the NICE sheraton across the street, and she puts all of her money into that, not this place! They are constantly raising rent to "perform maintenance" on the garage (which is a pile of....). The staff is very rude and ignorant. The only decent employee was one of the security guards, and they fired him for god knows what. They give you absolutely not advanced notice about anything. The apartment is extremely cold during the winter and very hot in the summer. There is no insulation, extremely huge single-pane, non-tinted windows. This place really sucks, please don't give them any of your money.
