Okay besides the management, everything else here is is horrible. I have either the fattest or the most inconsiderate a-hole neighbors in the world. On the plus side, The maintance and everyone at the front desk is very friendly. I love paul! Hes the greatest. Hes probably the only thing i will miss. THe area is very congested, even though the walls are seperated by cement..you can still hear the obnoxiousness above you..My neighbors above and next to me were extremely rude to me. Oh, and people like to throw cigarette butts on your balcony. Thats safe.

THey turned the water off constantly for leaks and such. It seemed like maintence was always in your apartment fixing things. I guess thats what you get for living in an old building.
