I would not suggest this place to anyone, especially if you are looking for a 3 bedroom. KEEP READING IF THERE ARE 3 OF YOU!! I lived here for over a year until geting evicted for claims of "noise violations." If you get a 3 bedroom apt here, it will be on the 1st floor period. There is no privacy since you don't have a balcony, and it is cold very cold. To keep the heat on is mandatory and racks up the bills. Also, there is no ventalation being on the bottom which means MOLD everywhere. They may look renovated and nice, but after a couple weeks forget it, nasty everywhere. The bathroom takes about 5 hot showers to where mold is all over the place, and there are mold issues in the closest too ALL of them. There was mold on our ceiling in our living room from the people above us dishwasher (that is about to fall through). Being on the bottom means direct outside to inside, so your clean carpets won't stay like that long. Opening the windows is nearly impossible since Kenilworth apts are packed with BUGS!! and not little ones, I have seen some of the bigest spiders and creepy bugs of my life and they're all over. I even woke up with a bug in my bed, and I'm a very clean person. Besides all the apt issues, maintainence sucks! They are either there too much doing useless things, or when you have a serious problem they take forever! Not to mention your guests have to park on Kenilworth so besides the walk up the monsterous hill- I know several people who have been robbed leaving their car over night! Besides all of this, the manager is no help, she is a huge b****! This place sucks, and I wish someone would have told me all this before I decided to live here! TAKE MY ADVICE, LOOK SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!
