Infested with mice

This place is old and drafty and has critters living in the buildings! I have found 3 dead mice in the year I lived there and the heating/AC units are so weak you can't get it below 70 in the summer or above 70 in the winter. If you are not a college "party" type don't live here. This is not the place for professional adults to live. They partying starts on Thursday and goes through Saturday and forget about a quiet night sleep during the warm months...they go out side on their balcony to party and be loud!!
