I have had a really good experience here at Kenilworth and Charles. It can be loud but what do you expect its right by campus! All my problems have been fixed in a timely manner. I needed to light bulbs for my Chandelier and my garbage disposal smelled bad so I called the office about it. The next day when I got back from class I had all my lightbulbs replaced and a new garbage disposal so my apartment didn't stink anymore. The rooms here are bigger then any other complex I have seen too. The pool kind of stinks because its in the woods, but thats not too big of a deal. Parking stinks but atleast your guests don't have to worried about being towed. If they allowed dogs I would be renewing my lease in the summer. Overall I have had a good experience here!
