When I moved into Kenilworth I was happy about the way the apartment looked and everything seemed nice. Especially after seeing my friends apartments at the colony which is a --------, and the village which is more overpriced than the $5.00 hot dogs at the Orioles games, it made me feel better. Compared to most of the apartment complexes around Towson, I would say Kenilworth is probably the best. The maintenance people are okay, the parking is alright, and its an okay area. There is one problem though, that never fails to be mentioned. That is the noise. When we first moved in the neighbors complained about us making too much noise, when we weren't even moving. I was seriously sitting here in my chair listening to music that I could barely hear in my own room, and here they are complaining. The walls in this place are seriously made of material thinner than a sheet of paper. Im not sure if I should consider myself lucky to live in the top apartment, because our neighbors downstairs complain when we walk. It's terrible. And on the weekends I can hear music coming from next door all the time. When Kenilworth built this place they probably took the cheapest way out and figured floors made of nothing would be a problem. All in all Kenilworth is a good place, but if you like to be able to walk around your apartment without pissing of your neighbors, think twice.
