since my boyfriend and i have lived here we have had bats,squirrels, roaches,rats, and birds in our apt. not becasue of us. we keep a VERY clean apt. maintence sucks, they do not come and they do not listen. way over priced for what it is. parking is awful!!!! no one can ever come and visit you, there is like 2 vistor spots for every lot. i would not suggest living here. there are many other nice places in the area that are well maintain. NO ONE here is interested in making you happy or their apts livable. with all the critters we had to do everything! when staff did come, they destroyed my kitchen and left stuff everywhere. we also had a drunk resident attempt to break into our apt. and the staff did nothing really. try elsewhere...
