I have to tell you...I have only been living here a few months and the only problem I have had thus far is the visitor parking. It sucks. We has a problem with our electric at 2 am so we called emergency maintance and they got right back to us. They figured out our problem and it was fixed the next day. People need to quit complaining....it's not that bad considering most people live here are in college!
