Are the apartments nice inside--YES. Do you want the rest of the drama that goes into living in an overpriced place'--NO. The parking is 100% HORRIBLE! If you have 1 friend or family member, they are literally competing with everyone else's for 2-5 Visitor Spaces (for the WHOLE complex). And what makes matters worse is the walls and ceilings are PAPER THIN! I cannot tell you how well I know my neighbors friends names and business because I can hear complete normal volume conversations through the walls. You can also hear "intimate moments". Terrible. Lets get back to the bad parking situation. They have some deal going on with Greenwood Towing so at all hours of the night and morning, you hear the tow trucks come rolling in. One time, they mistakenly towed my car (didnt see my tag). I had to fight to get the $220plus fees dropped AND I had to go get my own car, they wouldn't bring it back. Overall, a nice LOOKING complex but if you have other options and more time...keep looking!
