I rented from Kennilworth earlier this year. I loved my place, it was nice. The walls were thin of course so sound was easily heard. We heard sound all the time, we never complained.
One night we had some family friends over and had some cocktails at our place around 11pm only to have undercover cops slamming on our door.
Next thing we knew, we were getting evicted from Kennilworth WITHOUT a warning. The staff would not help us out in anyway and straight up evicted us in 30 days, while we still have to pay our rent.
We did everything to fight this. We got lawyers, threatened legal action, and they still sacrificed their service just to kick people out who were hardly causing a problem! There are far noiser tenants in our building and they still kicked the quietest ones out. I'm now paying $600/month for nothing!
DONT RENT FROM KENNILWORTH! THEY ARE A HOLES! WE GOT EVICTED FOR MODERATE SOUND AND NO WARNING. THEY THREW US ON THE STREET DURING OUR EXAMS AND WE ARE STILL PAYING FOR AN APPARTMENT WE DON'T LIVE IN.
Again, KENNILWORTH STAFF SUCKS! If you don't want to live on the street, don't live in kennilworth!
