Dawn , the manager helped us out in a bind when we lost the key. She was helpful.

As a visitor to the apt, my only complaint is the parking. Very limited spaces for guests, often 2 per building, often a 10 minute walk. They will tow. Management says they are building new lots.

Overall a nice location, my mother has been there over 8 years. She does not seem to be bothered by the Towson State kids. It does get a little busy during the school year, but the summers are quiet.

Pool is great, rarely ever used, clean water and friendly guards, shaded by old dougla Firs,

Her apt just got new cabinets, otherwise finishes are acceptable, heating unit is 80% efficient, not very energy efficient, bge bills could be lower with updated mechancals,
