The main problems with this apartment building revolve around the poor maintenance staff and manager. Repeating maintenance requests is a must, and when you are finally helped, the work is often very shoddy. Don't be surprised if you are completly ignored. The elevators have been broken for 5 months, the water is randomly turned off for hours without warning, and the "sound-proofing" is really nonexistant. This building hosts mostly Towson University students, and the elderly.
