Very poor maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I had a generally bad experience here. There were always new maintenance people, but nothing was ever fixed. The staff never fixed most of the problems with the apartment, so I got tired of complaining and moved. Plus there is NO "sound-proofing" trust me! Don't move here!
