This apartment building is worthless.
The kitchen is way outdated and disgusting.
The counters are a puke green and the cabinets look like they are straight out of the 50s.
The bathroom was disgusting (mold in the tub, sink rusty, etc.) Very small space for how expensive.
Parking is horrible.
Maintenance is horrible.
the Manager is horrible.
And there seriously is no privacy...no soundproofing.
