I found the main problem to be rodents, noise and lack of communication between managment and tenant. Cindy the leasing agent is difficult to get a hold of as she works part-time hours. When she is in the office she usually keeps her door closed, this presented a problem to many tenants. I have had several maintenace issues in the two years that I was at Lambeth and I found that the manager did not address the problems promptly. When you do get in touch with the manager she would have a callous attitude and brush off the problem. My friend who also lives at Lambeth is in her seventies with a heart condition and was without air for weeks in the summer.
