Lambeth does not have a stable maintenace man, they are always in and out.
Mice are always a problem in the winter, in the summer make way for your new friends, the insects.
The walls are paper thin, so thin I could her my neighers next to me sneeze, fart and pee, I kid you not! The best feature was the pool and the gym.
The gym, however is in desperate need of upkeep and new machines
