Do yourself a favor, DON'T RENT!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 


The rental manager Cindy is NEVER, EVER ON SITE, thus, creating a huge problem if you ever have a question, or an emergency.

If she is in, you have to wait in line to see her, as she usually has some guy with an accent in her office.

the aforementioned issue is my main concern with Lambeth.

Also, the custodial staff is always rotating, on top of that,the building is outdated, and is in need of major repairs.
