Great value, safe, well maintained

I lived at Lambeth House for a little over three years before relocating for work. During the time that I lived there, the apartment complex was very well maintained and always felt safe. Whenever I had a maintenance issue, it was resolved within a matter of days. In one instance, my refrigerator broke, and they were able to replace it the very same day. I always found the leasing agent to be very helpful and accommodating. I always felt secure coming home late at night. The fitness room they feature is rather tiny and limited in options, but it works for folks who want to get in a simple workout at the end of the day. Trash chutes are located on each floor, as are laundry facilities. The Junior 1-BR apartment is tiny, but a great deal for the money in Towson (plus, the heat is included in rent!) When I left, they were starting to renovate some of the units, which will be nice for future residents. They did have an issue with someone throwing burnt matter down the trash chutes, but they were aggressive in attempting to resolve the matter, which I appreciated. I came to Lambeth House as a resident unfamiliar and totally new to the Baltimore area. Choosing to rent here was the best decision I made, and I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a great deal.
